Our Commitment
At Ekkdora, every piece is crafted with care. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help with transparent returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 calendar days from delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Products sold at a discount or sale or offer items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories, innerwear, and customized items (if applicable) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return/ Exchange Process
Email info@ekkdora.com or WhatsApp +91 8799400179 within the 10-day window.
Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. The product must reach us within 7 business days of approval.
Returned items undergo a quality check before refund/exchange confirmation. Items failing inspection (e.g., worn, washed, damaged) will be sent back to you at your cost.
3. Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake (wrong/defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
For all other returns/exchanges, the customer pays return shipping.
COD handling charges and original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Once approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
COD charges and shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you paid via store credit, your refund will be reissued as Ekkdora Credit (valid for 6 months).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for size, color, or product replacement, subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your preference.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once marked as Shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days (excluding COD or shipping fees).
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Claims beyond this period may not be eligible for return.
Upon verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
8. Fraudulent Returns & Abuse
To protect against policy misuse, Ekkdora reserves the right to:
Reject returns from accounts with excessive return frequency.
Deny future service or orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Recover costs for shipping, handling, or damage from repeat offenders.
