1. Introduction
Welcome to Ekkdora, a brand owned and operated by Sunaina Collectives, located in Anand, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using www.ekkdora.com (“Site”) and/or purchasing from us, you (“you”, “your”, “user”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this Site or place an order.
Minors may do so only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
3. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display product details accurately; however, slight variations in color, weave, or finish may occur due to lighting, monitor differences, or the handcrafted nature of textiles.
Such variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns or cancellations.
Pricing errors, if detected, may result in order cancellation; any payments received will be refunded (excluding COD fees).
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; we never store your full card or UPI details.
5. Order Processing & Acceptance
An automated confirmation email/SMS acknowledges receipt of your order but does not signify acceptance.
We reserve the right to verify details, limit quantities, or refuse service where fraud or supply issues are suspected.
An order is deemed accepted only after dispatch from our facility.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on destination and courier performance.
Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once shipped.
We are not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.
International customers (when applicable) are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Eligibility
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags.
Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and not eligible.

Returned items undergo quality inspection; refunds/exchanges are processed upon approval.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of inspection.
Shipping Costs
If we delivered a defective/wrong product, return shipping is on us.
For all other returns, customers bear return courier charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once marked Shipped, cancellations are not accepted; returns may be initiated after delivery as per policy.
8. Product Authenticity
All Ekkdora items are designed and handcrafted by Sunaina Collectives.
Minor irregularities are inherent in handloom craftsmanship and celebrate authenticity, not defects.
9. Misuse, Fraud & Abuse
We may refuse orders, cancel accounts, or restrict access in cases of:
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Excessive return frequency
Misuse of promotions or discounts
We reserve the right to take legal action and recover losses where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials on this Site — including logos, product photos, designs, graphics, and text — are the exclusive property of Sunaina Collectives (Ekkdora) and protected by Indian IP laws.
Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our Site uses third-party tools such as Shopify, Google Sign-In, and Facebook Login for secure authentication and payment processing.
By using these features, you authorize us to receive limited account information (name, email, profile image if shared) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not collect passwords or private credentials.
Your interaction with third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site, its content, and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ekkdora and Sunaina Collectives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of (a) ₹5,000 or (b) the amount paid by you for the order in question.
We are not responsible for delays, third-party errors, or uncontrollable events.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunaina Collectives (Ekkdora), its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms,
Your misuse of the Site, or
Violation of any law or third-party rights.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control — including acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, cyber-attacks, power failures, or network outages.
Performance timelines will be extended as reasonably necessary.
16. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using this Site or signing in via Google or Facebook, you consent to such processing.
17. Compliance with Law
These Terms align with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Information Technology Act 2000, and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
We operate transparently and comply with all applicable Indian trade and privacy regulations.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Anand, Gujarat.
You agree to first attempt amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

If any clause herein is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimal extent required, and the remainder shall remain fully enforceable.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any referenced documents, constitute the entire understanding between you and Ekkdora, superseding all prior communications.
