Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders placed on www.ekkdora.com are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
During new collection launches or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
2. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities (India): 2–5 business days after dispatch
Other regions in India: 4–8 business days
Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
Ekkdora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has left our facility.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders above a minimum order value (as specified during checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a small handling fee, displayed during checkout.
COD handling charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.
International shipping (coming soon) will be subject to actual courier rates and applicable customs duties.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Ekkdora will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect details, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If delivery fails due to unavailability or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us, and a reshipping charge may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel or suspect tampering, do not accept the package.
Please take a photo and contact us immediately at info@ekkdora.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. International Shipping
(Coming soon) — Once available, we’ll ship to select countries.
International customers will be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges, if applicable.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or courier network disruptions.
Ekkdora shall not be liable for delays caused by such events beyond our control.
